Steam sterilization is one of the most reliable, safe and eco-friendly technologies. It uses pressurized steam at high temperature to eliminate all microorganisms, without leaving any toxic residues compared to chemical methods. Traditionally used in hospitals and laboratories, our autoclaves are specifically engineered to meet the specific requirements of pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers.
MDS autoclaves are designed for the most demanding users. Fully built in stainless steel DIN 1.4404 (316L), with single or double sliding doors, they combine robustness, hygiene and durability.
The chamber design is tailored to each application. Rectangular models with heating and cooling jackets deliver optimal sterilization of solid products and liquids with pure steam. Cylindrical models with internal heat exchangers are dedicated to prefilled syringes and bags, where air and steam are mixed by blowers and baffle plates to guarantee uniform and gentle treatment. For maximum flexibility, polyvalent models can be supplied to process a wide variety of products within a single system.
Every function of our autoclaves is managed by a programmable logic controller connected to an intuitive HMI or supervision computer. Our software solutions are fully documented, validated, and fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11and GAMP requirements, ensuring total traceability and complete peace of mind.
